- 1 bottle of ready-to-eat The Original Beef Tapa Flakes
- 300g of pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil (coconut or vegetable oil works)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar (cane or coconut vinegar preferred)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or spring onions for garnish (optional)
- Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- Add the pasta and cook until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Beef Tapa Flakes:
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté minced garlic until golden.
- Add chopped onions and diced tomatoes, cook until soft.
- Add the Beef Tapa Flakes:
- Pour the Beef Tapa Flakes into the skillet.
