  • 300g of pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil (coconut or vegetable oil works)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (cane or coconut vinegar preferred)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or spring onions for garnish (optional)

  • Instructions:
    1. Cook the Pasta:
      • Boil a large pot of salted water.
      • Add the pasta and cook until al dente.
      • Drain and set aside.
    2. Prepare the Beef Tapa Flakes:
      • Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
      • Sauté minced garlic until golden.
